Overview

HIF-PHD-IN-4 (Compound 13) is an orally active PHD2 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 100 nM. HIF-PHD-IN-4 can effectively enhance the mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells induced by G-CSF in mice at a dose of 2 mg/kg. HIF-PHD-IN-4 is suitable for research in the field of tumor therapy .
