Overview

ATZ-1993 is an orally active, nonpeptide endothelin receptor subtype A and endothelin receptor subtype B antagonist with pK i values of 8.69, 7.20, respectively. ATZ-1993 has the potential for the research of intimal hyperplasia after balloon denudation of the carotid artery.
