Overview

Henagliflozin (SHR3824) is a potent selective sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 ( SGLT2 ) inhibitor with the IC 50 values of 2.38 and 4324 nM for human SGLT2 and SGLT1 , respectively. Henagliflozin can be used in diabetes research.
