Overview

Iso-Samixogrel (iso-DTTX30) is a combined thromboxane A2 receptor blocker and thromboxane synthetase inhibitor that exhibits potent antithrombotic activity. Iso-Samixogrel effectively eliminates recurrent arterial thrombus formation and inhibits collagen-induced platelet aggregation ex vivo.
