Sisunatovir hydrochloride

Overview

Sisunatovir (RV521) hydrochloride is a potent and orally active respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV ) inhibitor with IC 50 values of 1.4, 1.0 nM for RSV A, RSV B, respectively. Sisunatovir hydrochloride inhibits RSV infection and reduces virus titers in the lungs of mice.
