Overview

ML358 is a first in class, potent, and selective inhibitor of the SKN-1 pathway ( IC 50 =0.24 μM). ML358 sensitizes the model nematode C. elegans to oxidants and anthelmintic. ML358 potentially used as adjuvants to increase the efficacy and useful life of current anthelmintics.
