Overview

Uniconazole-P is a potent competitive inhibitor of Arabidopsis CYP707A3 with an IC 50 of 68 nM and a K i of 8.0 nM . Uniconazole-P inhibits ent-kaurene oxidase , blocking gibberellin biosynthesis via reduced ent-kaurene to ent-kaurenoic acid oxidation. Uniconazole-P inhibits plant growth .
