Overview

NY0116 is a neuromedin U receptor 2 ( NMUR2 ) agonist with EC 50 values of 27.76 μM for hNMUR1 and 13.61 μM for hNMUR2. NY0116 decreases cAMP while stimulating calcium signaling in stably expressing NMUR2 HEK293 cells.
