ChemR23-IN-1 (compound 2) is a ChemR23 inhibitor with IC 50 s of 38 nM and 100 nM for human and mouse ChemR23, respectively. ChemR23-IN-1 inhibits chemotaxis of CAL-1 triggered by Chemerin in vitro.
