Netilmicin exhibits antibacterial activity against aminoglycoside-susceptible gram-negative strains and aminoglycoside-resistant strain, such as Escherichia coli , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Proteus , Staphylococcus aureus , Streptococcus , Serratia , and Enterobacter , with MIC of 0.125-8 μg/mL.
