Overview

Ganoderic acid T-N, a triterpenoid, is a H5N1 and H1N1 influenza neuraminidase (NA) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 2.7 μM and 42 μM, respectively. Ganoderic acid T-Q shows cytotoxicity against MCF7 cells (CC 50 =24.4 μM).
