NITD008

Overview

NITD008 is a potent and selective flaviviruse inhibitor which can inhibit Dengue Virus Type 2 (DENV-2) with an EC 50 of 0.64 μM. NITD008 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
