LND 623

Overview

LND 623 is an inotropic aminosteroid with positive inotropic properties. LND 623 inhibits Na + /K + ATPase activity. The LD 50 of LND 623 infused i.v. is around 45 mg/kg, a value ten times higher than the LD 50 for Ouabain (HY-B1457).
