(5S,6R)-DiHETE

Overview

(5S,6R)-DiHETE is an enantiomer of (5,6)-DiHETEs. (5S,6R)-DiHETE can be recognized by leukotriene receptors (LTD4 receptors). (5S,6R)-DiHETE can induce guinea pig isolated ileum contraction with an EC 50 of 1.3 μM, and this effect can be inhibited by LTD4 receptor antagonists.
