Overview

5,6-Dehydroarachidonic acid is a 5-lipoxygenase ( Lipoxygenase ) inhibitor that inhibits the biosynthesis of leukotrienes. However, 5,6-Dehydroarachidonic acid had no effect on vascular cell proliferation.
