Overview

PD168393 is a potent, selective and cell-permeable inhibitor of EGFR tyrosine kinase and ErbB2 . PD168393 irreversiblely inactivates EGF receptor ( IC 50 =0.7 nM) and is inactive against insulin receptor , PDGFR , FGFR and PKC .
