Alpha Lipoic Acid is found in healthy foods such as spinach, beet, kale and broccoli. It is an antioxidant found in every human cell. 5% Thioctic acid of it has been shown to reduce fine lines caused by sun damage.

Ala is found in moisturizers, anti-aging creams, eye creams and sunscreens to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
