Overview

NFATc1-IN-1 (compound A04) is a potent inhibitor of RANKL-induced osteoclast formation, with an IC 50 of 1.57 μM. NFATc1-IN-1 shows anti-osteoclastogenic effects through reducing the RANKL-induced nuclear translocation of NFATc1 . NFATc1-IN-1 can be used for osteoclastic diseases research.
