SDH-IN-4 (compound B6) is a selective inhibitor against succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) with an IC 50 value of 0.28 μg/mL. SDH-IN-4 has highly efficient and broad-spectrum antifungal activity, against R. solani with an EC 50 value of 0.23 μg/mL.
