Overview

PEX5-PEX14 PPI-IN-1 (Compound 8) is a PEX14-PEX5 PPI inhibitor. PEX5-PEX14 PPI-IN-1 disrupts the PEX5-TbPEX14 PPI with a K i of 53 μM. PEX5-PEX14 PPI-IN-1 inhibits the bloodstream form of T. b. brucei ( EC 50 : 5 μM).
