Overview

OfChi-h-IN-1 is a potent OfChi-h inhibitor with a K i value of 0.33 μM. OfChi-h-IN-1 dramatically inhibit the growth and development of Ostrinia nubilalis larvae , and it shows higher insecticidal activity than Hexaflumuron ( HY-B1848 ). OfChi-h-IN-1 serves as novel candidates for insect growth regulator.
