YS-67

Overview

YS-67 is a potent inhibitor of EGFR with an IC 50 of 5.2 nM. YS-67 significantly inhibits p-EGFR and p-AKT . YS-67 inhibits the proliferation of A549, PC-9, and A431cells with IC 50 s of 4.1, 0.5, and 2.1 μM, respectively.
