TP receptor antagonist-2 (example 7n) is a thromboxane A 2 receptor ( TP receptor ) antagonist, with IC 50 values of 5.64 and 5.27 μM for TPα and TPβ, respectively. TP receptor antagonist-2 inhibits platelet aggregation.
