Overview

VD5123 is a serine protease inhibitor. VD5123 inhibits TMPRS2, HGFA, matriptase, hepsin with IC 50 s of 15, 3980, 140, 37 nM respectively. VD5123 can be used for antiviral research, such as SARS-CoV-2 and broad panel of coronaviruses and influenza viruses.
