Indolidan

Overview

Indolidan (LY195115) is an orally active cardiotonic agent and a selective cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Indolidan has a K i of 80 nM for sarcoplasmic reticulum phosphodiesterase ( SR-PDE ). Indolidan exhibits positive inotropic and vasodilator effects. Indolidan can be used in the research of diseases such as congestive heart failure.
