PAD4-IN-5

Overview

PAD4-IN-5 (Example 18) is a PAD4 inhibitor with IC 50 s of ≤10 nM and 101-500 nM for human PAD4 (hPAD4) under 50 µM Ca 2+ and 1 mM Ca 2+ conditions, respectively. PAD4-IN-5 can be used for the study of autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
