Overview

Camptothecin derivative-3 (Compound 11) is a derivative of Camptothecin ( HY-16560 ) and can serve as a payload for ADCs. Camptothecin derivative-3 has certain cytotoxicity, with IC 50 values of 2 nM and 0.9 nM against HSC-2 and Namalwa/ luc cells, respectively. Camptothecin derivative-3 can be used in tumor-related research.
