Overview

PHD2-IN-6 (Example 89) is a HIF prolyl hydroxylase 2 (PHD2) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 31.6 nM. PHD2-IN-6 stimulates encoding erythropoietin (EPO) production. PHD2-IN-6 can be used for inflammatory diseases like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and rheumatoid arthritis research.
