SDH-IN-37

Overview

SDH-IN-37 (Compound A37) is a potent SDH inhibitor, with an IC 50 value of 0.0263 μM. SDH-IN-37 is also an antifungal agent. SDH-IN-37 demonstrates antifungal activities against Rhizoctonia solani , S. sclerotiorum and F. graminearum , with EC 50 values of 0.0144, 0.882 and 1.99 μg/mL, respectively.
