MPXV p37 protein-IN-1

Overview

MPXV p37 protein-IN-1 is a potent and orally active inhibitor of monkeypox virus (MPXV) p37 protein . MPXV p37 protein-IN-1 exhibits potent antivial activity against MPXV with an EC 50 of 12.14 nM, with low cytotoxicity ( CC 50 = 304.63 μM). MPXV p37 protein-IN-1 demonstrates low toxicity and good tolerability in mice. MPXV p37 protein-IN-1 can be used for the research of anti-MPXV.
