Overview

AldoView (Compound 3) is an intermediate. AldoView can be labeled with fluorine-18 to synthesize [ 18 F]AldoView. [ 18 F]AldoView is a highly selective aldosterone synthase PET imaging agent. AldoView can be used in imaging studies of primary aldosteronism.
