Overview

CX3CR1-IN-2 (Compound 77) is a CX3CR1 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.04 μM. CX3CR1-IN-2 can block the interaction between CX3CR1 and its ligand fractalkine ( CX3CL1 ). CX3CR1-IN-2 can be used for research of cardiovascular disease , such as heart failure and cardiomyopathy .
