Overview

N2-Isobutyryl-2'-O-methylguanosine is a nucleic acid synthesis intermediate (e.g., used in antisense oligonucleotides , mRNA modification), for example, it is a key monomer for the synthesis of 2'-O-methyl oligoribonucleotides.
