Bradykinin dilates blood vessels via the release of prostacyclin, nitric oxide, and Endothelium Derived Hyperpolarizing Factor. Bradykinin is a physiologically and pharmacologically active peptide of the kinin group of proteins, consisting of nine amino acids.
