O-Demethylrotenone is a rotenone ( HY-B1756 ) derivative and a photodegradation product of rotenone that induces acute intraperitoneal toxicity. The acute intraperitoneal LD 50 of O-Demethylrotenone in Mus musculus is 8.0 mg/kg.
