Biological Activity	Insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF1R) inhibitor. Suppresses IGF-stimulated IGF-IR autophosphorylation with an IC 50 value of 12 μ M. Inhibits growth of MCF-7 breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo .
