Overview

Artoheteronin is a prenylated coumarin found in the fruits of Artocarpus heterophyllus. Artoheteronin can inhibit HIV-1 reverse transcriptase activity with an EC50 of 0.18 μM. Artoheteronin shows anti-inflammatory activity and inhibits nitric oxide production.
