Enniatin A

Overview

Enniatin A is a Fusarium mycotoxin. Enniatin A inhibits acyl-CoA: cholesterol acyltransferase ( ACAT ) activity with an IC 50 of 22 μM in an enzyme assay using rat liver microsomes.
