Vibralactone D (Compound 1) is a metabolite isolated and cultured from natural basidiomycetes Boreostereum vibrans . Vibralactone D shows weak inhibitory activity against isoenzymes of 11b-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (HSD) (IC 50 85.7 μM).
