Overview

N-(2,6-Dimethylphenyl)-2-(piperazin-1-yl)acetamide-d6 (N-[(2-chlorophenyl)carbamoyl]phenylalanine-d 6 ) is deuterium-labeled CVT-2738 ( HY-W009512 ). CVT-2738 is an orally active metabolite of Ranolazine ( HY-B0280 ). CVT-2738 has a protective effect against isoprenaline ( HY-108353 )-induced myocardial ischemia in mice. CVT-2738 can be used in myocardial ischemia research.
