Overview

(2R,3R,4S,5R)-2-(2-amino-9H-purin-9-yl)-5-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-3,4-diol (9-pentofuranosyl-9H-purin-2-amine) is a purine nucleoside analogue. Purine nucleoside analogs have broad antitumor activity targeting indolent lymphoid malignancies.
