Overview

LP44 hydrochloride (Standard) is the analytical standard of LP44 hydrochloride ( HY-103101 ). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. LP44 hydrochloride is a selective 5-HT7 agonist with K i of 0.22 nM. LP44 hydrochloride induces hypothermic effect in a dose-dependent manner by intracerebroventricular injection. LP44 hydrochloride not causes considerable hypothermic response by intraperitoneal administration.
