Overview

SN 6 (Standard) is the analytical standard of SN 6 ( HY-107658 ). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. SN 6 is a selective Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX) inhibitor, and inhibits 45Ca2+ uptake by NCX1, NCX2, and NCX3, with IC 50 s of 2.9, 16, and 8.6 μM, respectively.
