BMY 45778 (Standard) is the analytical standard of BMY 45778 ( HY-108565 ). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. BMY 45778 is a non-prostanoid prostacyclin mimetic. BMY 45778 inhibits human (IC 50 = 35 nM), rabbit (IC 50 : 136 nM) and rat (IC 50 : 1.3 μM) platelet aggregation. BMY 45778 also activates adenylyl cyclase. BMY 45778 is a partial agonist at the prostacyclin receptor.
