Overview

RO-9187 (Standard) is the analytical standard of RO-9187 ( HY-10870 ). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. RO-9187 is a potent inhibitor of HCV virus replication with an IC 50 of 171 nM. RO-9187 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
