Nicothiazone

Overview

Nicothiazone is an α-glucosidase inhibitor with a yeast α-glucosidase IC 50 of 120.20 μM. Nicothiazone inhibits α-glucosidase enzyme activity. Nicothiazone can be used for the research of type-II diabetes mellitus.
