SX-576

Overview

SX-576 is a CXCR1 and CXCR2 antagonist with IC 50 values of 31 nM and 21 nM, respectively. SX-576 inhibits neutrophil infiltration in a rat model of pulmonary inflammation. SX-576 can be used in studies related to pulmonary inflammation.
