EBOV-IN-11

Overview

EBOV-IN-11 is a protein phosphatase 1 ( PP1 ) inhibitor, with K d values of 1.88 nM and 8.01 nM against wild-type and quadruple-mutant PP1 , respectively. EBOV-IN-11 potently inhibits the replication and transcription of EBOV-eGFP virus. EBOV-IN-11 can be used in studies related to Ebola virus infection .
