Bepristat 1a

Overview

Bepristat 1a is a reversible, selective protein disulfide isomerase ( PDI ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.7 μM. Bepristat 1a inhibits platelet aggregation in laser-injured mouse arterioles. Bepristat 1a is applicable for research related to thrombosis.
