FTI-2628

Overview

FTI-2628 is an antimalarial agent and a farnesyl transferase inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 41.7 nM against Tb PET. FTI-2628 attenuates glucose-stimulated insulin secretion. FTI-2628 exhibits antimalarial activity against Trypanosoma brucei .
